Your tasks

  • Defining new product and solution requirements, taking responsibility of portfolio roadmaps, continuous innovation, and differentiation in the market
  • Identification of market and customer trends, development of product and pricing strategies
  • Continuously analyzing market and competition
  • Close interface management to R&D departments, specialist sales, system engineering, marketing and customer project management
  • Representation of R&S in standardization committees, at trade fairs and with customers
  • Support of specialist sales and systems engineering in the creation of complex system offers
  • Supporting the sales process, providing training to sales teams

Your qualifications

  • Completed university studies or similar qualification with comprehensive expert knowledge in product management
  • Qualified professional and industry experience in the field of satellite communications or IP networking applications or communication systems
  • In-depth knowledge of market development (target group identification, segmentation, customer needs assessment, cooperation in development cooperation, competitor comparison, market development, market figures)
  • Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new, complex topics in combination with a high level of comprehension
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion coupled with intercultural and interdisciplinary competence
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English
